Warning! Gym sharks!

<p>It started with a brojure at the mall where they advertise 10 free gym sessions. My daughter went there the next day with the brojure, only to be told that a parent needs to be present. ( it's not indicated on the brojure) On arrival, I was persuaded to complete an information sheet before entering the gym. The owner, Vincent, immediatly opened the gate and began to show us the inside. He offered me a deal where I pay R299/month for my whole family. He also said that there's a once-off card fee of R150 that I need to pay on the spot - he even showed me nonchalantly which card I can use when I opened my purse! At no stage did he inform me that he was going to take the full contract's fee, which are thousands! It's now been 6 weeks, more lies and no refund.
