Vince's Gym refuses to adhere to contract signed

I was lured into Vince's gym and stupidly signed a contract after they coerced me into it on the 4th Dec 2015.<br> On the 5th of Dec 2015 I went in personally to cancel the contract. The contract states that it may be cancelled and the full amount must be refunded as long as it is within 5 days after signing the contract. This is also known as the cooling off period. The owner himself (Vince) sat me down and gave me the piece of paper on which to write my written notice of cancellation. He told me there would be a cancellation fee of R500 (even though there was no mention of this in the contract) and that I must wait 20 days for the refund to reflect on my account.<br> On the 11th Jan 2016 I went back to Vince to inform him the money was not reversed. He then stated that I had to pay a R2600 penalty and every thing that he told me before never happened and that it was his word against mine. <br> He made me pay him R1300 in the end after i threatened to take legal action. This was unfair as the contract clearly stated that he had to refund me in full with no cancellation fee.<br>
