Total overcharge and lack of professionalism

Bad, bad, bad service. Had new engine installed for R30 000 three months ago. Two weeks after I got my car back the engine light went on. I tried to get hold of the owner/mechanic, but to no avail. End of the story is that new engine packed up AGAIN. Another 15k later!! Vincent Vercuiel is no where to be found. numerous messages left on his phone and email. NO response up to now. It is suspected that he never replaced the timing chain and that is why the engine packed up again. I am a single mom, with two teenager boys.. I DO NOT HAVE 45k lying around!! It really put me in a really bad financial situation. Obviously Vincent saw how to make a quick buck - what do I know??
