Waiting for too long

On the 26 of Oct 2018 I went to Vincent park mall east London I drove by the ba*****t parking lot with a trailer and a Samsung fridge air con pipes damages bump and damage my fridge sent an email to the centre manager on the 31/10/2018 claiming for the damages but to date I have not received any feedback from Vincent park mall centre manager
