WORST PRIVATE HOSPITAL EVER

@Vincent Pallotti Hospital - Cape Town, its the WORST private hospital ever, even gorverment hospitals provide much better services than this. I regret the day my daughter was admitted in this horrible hospital.

1. Brought my daughter on the 16th July 2024 and the nurse inserted the drip in the wrong manner and my daughter’s hand got swollen.

2. The next day on the 17th, I brought the matter to the attention of the unit manager and she just said the matter would be invesitaged and more than 8 days we haven’t heard anything back from her (she’s protecting her so-called qualified employees).

3. A day after, another sister put clean bandage ontop of the dirty one on the drip that was on my daughter’s neck. I asked her to replace the bandage and she just said she wanna give my daughter medication first and after few hours the sister was nowhere to be found.

4. 23rd July - the lady who makes the bed took my wife’s winter socks that was on the sheet and never got the socks back. THAT'S *****ING

5. 24th - My daughter had to go to theatre and we were advised by the doctor to stop feeding her at 11am so she could go to theatre at 17:00, however we stopped feeding the baby at 12:00.

The porter took us from the ward to the theatre waiting room from 16:00 and we waited 4 hours before my daughter could be attended and my daughter was extremely crying because of hunger. How can you say a 2 year old should eat for 6 hours? That’s extremely horrible.

My daughter eventually went into theatre at 20:00 - 10:13 the following day one of the bandage that was wrapped on her hands was falling off. We informed the sister and the doctor was informed however he send another doctor who came and said my daughter took off the bandage, I mean what the hack.

WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE.
