Vincent Palotti shame on you

Worst service ever. So disappointing, I couldn’t believe it. I normally go to Christiaan Barnard or CTMC but thought I’d go closer to home this time and VP being a private hospital, I expected the same good service. Went to the emergency room because my husband couldn’t even walk. Came out of there 3hours later with a script for norflex!? Really!? No injection to ease the pain, meds given at hospital eased the pain by 5% and they weren’t listening when we pointed this out, ******* service from the nurse/doctor on duty, discharged without keeping me informed and no way of speaking to customers. Clearly need training on how to show empathy and deal with people in distress. Kudos to the gentlemen who greeted us outside and brought my husband a wheelchair… he was the only one with some knowledge and experience on how to treat people.
