Vincent Palloti Hospital charges patients co-payments for chronic procedures and visits which are fully covered by Discovery Medical Aid. It is then up to the patient to claim this co-payment back as VP just keeps the money. It took three years to receive refund the first time and second time have now been waiting 7 months already. THIS CO-PAYMENT NEED NOT BE PAID. Shame on Vincent Palloti for trying to ******* patients.
