Vincent Palloti Doctor traumatizing patients

My mother recently was admitted to Vincent palloti for a scepsis. While undergoing treatment she was harrassed by Dr. A. Govender. This Doctor took advantage of a person that was under treatment. She was abusive in communication, in a way that my mother was very upset and beside herself the way this doctor got rude and personal. My question is, who will A. Govender attack next maybe stressing them to point of stroke? Heart attack? Resulting in death. Why is Vincent Palloti condoning and protecting this behaviour? An investigation must be pushed for to find out why such a Dr. Is allowed to run freely taking her personal nonsense out on patients. This must be handled or further actions must be taken, or is the hospital approving of such activities?
