Vincent Palloti Accounts Mess

In March 2023 I had to have an angiogram performed at Vincent Palloti Hospital. I arrived at the correct time, but all the beds were taken in the general ward. After sitting in the reception room for a few hours I was send to the ICU dep to get prepped for theatre. There I waited some more until eventually I was taken into theatre. After the procedure I was wheeled back to the ICU and later discharged that evening. When Vincent Palloti Hospital billed the Med aid they charged for two full days in ICU. I have send numerous emails to the account dept to get this sorted but with out reply. You get send from pillar to post. Very disappointed and yet since March this year 8 months have not been able to sort this out.
