The biggest mistake ever.

Distressing beyond measure. Avoid avoid avoid!

********** post op care, careless clueless staff (1 example: leaving my mom in a cold draft awaiting xrays) negligence, quality surveys given post op at in appropriate times in order to get good reviews, over 20 loud, inconsiderate and obnoxious people visiting another patient in the same room at one time (as well as out of office hours, when my mom asked for quiet they teased her that she was just jealous because she didn't have visitors) and staff staying there is nothing they can do. Appalling.
