Service at Vincent Palloti Hospital Pinelands

I attended Vincent Palloti Hospital Emergency care unit on the 23 Nov, had to take an MRI scan unfortunately I couldn't due to me being claustrophobic. Doctor in charge suggested they give me something to calm me down I still felt uncomfortable. The doctor then started arguing with me and shouting telling me that the people working there have places to go and I am not the only patient they have to attend to. She was rude and walked away continued to tell the nurses that she does not want to speak or interact with me. She went on refusing to prescribe medication for me. I have never been treated that way especially in a private hospital that I am paying medical aid for. I am disgusted with that kind of treatment and will escalate the matter further.
