NO REUND, NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

My Ordeal with the Accounts Department has been an Ongoing thing for Months now. I have previously put 2 complaints on this platform but still the problems persist. Firstly I had one hell of a problem trying to get Craig at the Accounts Dept to rectify my accounts and resubmit it to the Medical Aid as my Treatment Plan had been approved but was rejected as it was not correctly coded which resulted in me getting DEMAND LETTERS and been handed over to various DEBT COLLECTORS, I was eventually forced to take it up with my Doctor who contacted him. He wasn't even answering my Emails.He eventually sent me a printout stating that the Medical Aid had paid all accounts yet I still got a DEMAND LETTER from Vincent Palotti. Once again I Emailed him..NO RESPONSE!! I even paid one of the Invoices in fear that I would be Black Listed, he said I would get Refunded....NO REFUND to date. I Emailed again, NO RESPONSE!! I went there today, he was in a Meeting, I told the Guy at the Reception about it, he asked it I completed a REFUND FORM, NO FORM was ever given to me. He checked on the System, NO REFUND REFLECTED, yet according to the Printout he sent to me of Payments made by my Medical Aid, they paid Vincent Palotti for that Invoice so did I, I have the Receipt as proof.I am just soo sick of the Incompetence of this Man and NOTHING is been done about it. My WORST Experience with any Accounts Dept of any Organization Ever!! DISGUSTED!!I I JUST WANT MY REFUND!!
