I visited this hospital in early June 2024. My experiences with doctors, nurses, the front desk and now with the accounts department was so poor. From doctors taking pictures of my wound without my consent, to nurses dressing wanting to dress my wound but walking out as all the items needed not in the room. Opens the sterile packet and then leaves the room. Front desk never able to find my information, telling me they will email the bill(to date nothing) then at next visit handing me invoices, with a tone as the bill is outstanding. Now a whole 4 months later i get 3 sms alegding accounts unpaid. You call the accounts department (Tersia) still did not manage to send me the invoices. Today I called and 3 women ended the call whilst i wait for them to advise why tersia has not sent my invoices yet. Then a "Riechart" tells me to not interupt him, i don't want their email addresses i want invoices for the alleged o/s bills! that i am never able to get on the day or be told by the front desks (doctor and hospital) NO no bills! What an actual disaster and absolutely **** experience!
So because she did NOT state who she was when i answered, i refused to confirm any details until she proved who she says she was - employee# anything
So clearly Life Healthcare is a joke of a private hospital, admissions, doctors and nurses- accounts/credit controllers as they called also don't know how to their job- they only know to falsely accuse you and harrass you!
