Can't keep to their promises

I'm exhausted!!!

I had to have surgery in February. My surgeon has her offices at the hospital, because my pain was so severe I needed the surgery as soon as possible.

Aware that I have a co-payment on my plan if I use a non network hospital and agreement was made with the HOSPITAL MANAGER (ZAIN) that I would receive a discount of 50% on my Co payment.

I was so grateful and thanked him so much.

Well, well. Now I'm receiving lawyers letters stating that I owe the hospital the same amount that I was discounted.

Now if that isn't some underhanded sh*t then I don't know Can someone please contact me because trying to get hold of the accounts department is like pulling teeth.
