What do we do now ?

We bought a car in the beginning of May 2026 and are still battling with Vincent himself because they will not put the car into our name we paid for it in full and are still phoning and trying our very hardest to put it in our name but as the new law says only the previous owner can do it and we cannot get a hold of him either. We don't know what to do its been over 3 months of battling and still no results , so now we r stuck with a car that we can't even legally use because technically we don't own it !!!
