Vincent Hardware fantastic customer care

I received a Major tech multi tester bought by my children from Vincent Hardware East London, but unfortunately 3 weeks later it gave up the ghost. I was then referred to Vincent hardware on 3 May 2019 to return the unit for repair -which was then handed over to the Rep for Major tech whom then had to take it to Port Elizabeth for repairs.......long story I know but long story short by 15 May I still had no news, but living far out of town and needing the tester for work I had to do I went back to Vincent hardware and after the Manager and the lady working with him spent nearly 3/4 hour on the phone to Major Tech trying to trace my tester - we still had no answer where the item was......it had disappeared into thin air The unit was promptly replaced by both the aforementioned staff of Vincent Hardware and I applaud them for their commitment to customer satisfaction..........Vincent Hardware 1.............Major Tech PE........0
