Cocakeo / Vincempt US a legit company?

Placed an Order with the above mentioned company on the 6 March 2022. To date I haven't received my order. I have made contact with them on numerous occasions, they keep feeding me the same old story about my order being stuck at customs since the 4 May 2022. It's been a month now. Also tried tracking the order , but it appears that the tracking number does not exist.

Has anyone purchased anything from this company and actually received their order?
