Vimba Security

<p>Good day my name is Cindy Mathambeka i stay at Braamfischerville phase 4. i will like to log a complain against a Vimba security alarm system. on the 24 May the was a breaking in my house and i have armed the alarm and it reflected on my fone and in the afternoon when i comeback the was a breaking and vimba did not call me and they did not come and when i call them i was told to call police first they will come after yet i am paying them for 4years and my belongings were taken by ******* they came after 3hours of my calls and they decided to change the position of the senceresand pay my belogings they never did that and it wont worse because since from the i did not recieve a signal and i called the customer service to make them aware of the matter they promise to fix it. Today the was another breaking and they could not pickup again i tried to call the customer service but the fone could not go through for 1 hour after i tried again i manage to go through i tell them that the was a breaking and still they say it never show on them, they came after 5hrs and apologising and they had a technical problem on their system and when i ask what im i paying for they advice me to install new brand that they have recently lauched and they wont pay me its my lost because my system dont pickup with their boardroom yet i pay them every month.</p>
