MY DEBIT ORDER WITH VIMBA NOT CHANGED AS PER THEIR CONTRACT

<p>I join Vimba security on 2009 then i was told that if your with them for over 3 years your installent will changed to R199.00 so now i am with them for more than 6years their installement has not change and my cousin whom i did refer to Vimba she is with them 3years her installement has changed to R199.00 i am payin R282.00 more than what i was even paying when i joined which was R227.00 monthly ,so i spoke to the getleman called Katlego who is in finance he said he does not know anything about 3years the money you are paying change so i asked him why my cousins one has change and she was helped by Patricia in finance he could not answer me . So i want my defference back for the past years while they were deducting .And i will never refer anybody to Vimba anymore cause i have refered many people to them...</p>
