BAD service and faulty alarm system

I regret installing vimba security alarm at my house. The system has been faulty ever since it was installed ,i have it for 3 months and I am not happy at all. Technicians came and claimed to have fixed it but still nothing. I am changing this sysytem as soon possible. Before all my valuable staff are ******. Ive sent an email to their staff and still no response to date!
