Out of stock for weeks

I live in South Africa and ordered a product online from [URL Removed] was almost one month ago .At first I had problems with the lady who called me on an international line to confirm my address and when I asked her to call back she didnt and we kept on missing each other or the call just cut.Eventually she got hold of me and we confirmed my delivery address and then on the Friday she informed me they were out of stock of the product I ordered and that it will be in stock within one to two buisness days .That was two weeks ago and my order has still not been shipped.I sent in an email to they customer service today and have recieved no response.Why are they debiting clients credit cards while they do not have stock .I am starting to doubt the reputation of this company and am starting to think I will never recieve my order or even an apology as well as a refund.
