Miss Advertising and Unprofessional Service

<p>After responding to an advertisment on facebook that they have a special on theraputic toys (according to pictures on the advert the toys are live size for kids) and that they deliver within 5 working days I had to follow up continuousley just to get my order courierd to me a month after I paid in full.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the "toys" was delivered the toys was only 30 cm x 45 cm in size which was exactly the opposite of what was advertised and also in bad condition as one of the toys was already broken.</p> <p> </p> <p>After threatening the owner with the consumers act and with legal action for miss advertising she indicated that I can send the product back and will get a full refund but till date (another 2 weeks later) no refund was made and the owner still does not anser any calls.</p> <p> </p>
