grieving but appreciative

I took my very sick ****atiel to this clinic recently and unfortunately the vet on duty had to make an ethical call. Her phone call to me was very gentle which I appreciated greatly. When I phoned their offices today to settle the bill I was told that there wasn't one. In fact I was in credit. This was such a lovely surprise. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic in the upper highway area then I strongly recommend Village Vet Clinic. Super efficient, kind, empathetic and accommodating. Thank you ladies x
