Pizza house 🏡

A disappointing experience with pizza house today was meant to be a special occasion for my dad's birthday given his health issues over the past few months we were eager to lift his spirit with a celebration at home. We went to pizza house ordered 3 large pizzas what supposed to be a joyful celebration quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. We got home opened the boxes the crust was so thin and burnt while the inside was not even properly cooked .worst pizza experience.Now I raise a critical question. Who takes responsibility for ruining our special occasion? It is deeply disappointing .such experience undermines customer trust and loyalty .I hope pizza house finds this feedback and takes it seriously and work on improving to prevent such occurrences in the future
