Tracey, the owner spent time with me to learn my requirements. I had drawn a plan which she would work from. I was charged R1500.00 for rendering said plan, by a man called Josh whom I have yet to meet, and who sent an invoice before the plan. Basically, I paid R100k in total to this company and got a garden with absolutely no wow factor at all: I now have 10x philedenderons in a space of about 10-15 running meters, 5 exact same palm ferns, 2 x Ficus Benjamina under established trees, and am told it's great. It seems, it's my fault for the small budget, not being onsite when they were (which was sporadic). I was asked how they should "fix my dissatisfaction, Sheila?"
