Worst ever fish and chips outlet, garanteed

I have been waiting for the past hour and half for chips and one russian. My slip says I am order number 235, they are serving 212. I have asked for my money back and they refused saying it can't be done.

There is one person behind the counter. Service is the worst I have ever seen from a fast food outlet
