Disgusting staff and service

Yesterday at 10:55 I want to buy a special and I was told by the no name cashier they were out of bread. I told her to make it without the bread, she told me she can’t. I then told her to source the bread and she told me that the bread at pic n pay is stale. I asked her how she knows this because she doesn’t work there and she said she knows. I told her it’s fine I’ll take it and she arrogantly told me that I will complain about the bread. We were going back and forth arguing and I told her to get her manager who also doesn’t have a name.

The so called no name manager said the special time was over and the no name manager didn’t even acknowledge me.

The no name cashier came back to tell me this piece of information and then I asked her how’s it that she told me there’s no bread and after going back and forth of wasting my time.

I asked for the cashiers name and the managers name. They both refused to give me their names which is shocking.

I called their head office and left a message and I am yet to hear from them.

It’s shocking how such business operate which such staff, who have complete disregard for clients.
