DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer of this venue for the longest time however today was the last straw. I have never received disgusting and disappointing service in my life. Today I arrived at this establishment and waited 15 minutes prior to getting in to place my order and which was placed at 18h58 with ticket number 278. At approximately 19h15 I decided to go check on my order due to seeing about three people that were behind me receiving their orders and leaving. upon bringing this matter to your staff's attention, I received the one thing I loath the most which is that black on black service that tells you to **** off and wait even thou you are not receiving a favor but buying from your hard earned cash which I spend at your establishment on a weekly basis if I may add. One of your kitchen staff( fat and light in complexion) had the audacity to say we( my wife and I) should go and wait outside after complaining about how long we ad waited. Your staff member who I raised my concern with told me that the chips had been depleted which I found very condescending as I had watched a number of people who came after me leaving with chips... The Final straw was when I saw that at 19h30 my order would not be ready anytime soon as the people preparing order were trying to prove a point that customers do not matter in your organisation, I requested for a refund the lady in the kitchen screamed that we should be given our money back. It became clear to me years of Loyalty to your store was a mistake if this is how people get treated when business is clearly good. I could have understood if there was communication prior to me getting frustrated but it was obvious that this is a culture that is imprinted in how you do things.. My R160 on average that I always buy from your store can be missed because I do not intend on supporting your store ever again based on how you have trained your staff to belittle customers that bring you revenue.. I do however have to say that the *** guy that always serves us was not involved because he is one of the reasons we kept on coming back because he understands what customer service is. I do intend on spreading the word about your service even to my colleagues, if anyone wishes to buy fish I would rather top them up to go to Something Fishy( I work for the telecoms company that always supports on my recommendation at times).. all I have to say about your service today is SIES!!
