What was suppose to be a wonderful weekend away. Turn out to be the worst of my life. We had planned a weekend with Frank Engelbrecht for accommodation at the Villa Watsonia Holiday Home in Bloubergstrand. Upon our arrival to check in Frank had all sorts of excuses and to our surprise he never pitched.

He informed us on the day of check in while waiting in front our the Accommodation that the Accommodation has been booked and he can no longer assist and promised us a full refund on 31 January.

Paul Naidoo his "so called " agent promise us a full refund on the 2 February and he would provide us with proof of payment however we still awaiting for payment today.
