Worst service EVER!!!!

My family and i, we walk into Villa Visagio, Klapmuts, next to butterfly World and first our table wasn't booked and this on Christmas day. Oh my goodness. They then put us by a table where a tornado is turning, that is how bad the wind is. No waiters, service is ********** and at this point, we're playing musical chairs. The level of unprofessionalism. I'm an disgusted, shocked. The worst service I have yet experienced and to top it off, the food is burnt -Shocked!!!!!!!. Oh and the owner was dodging us and then the waiter tells us, he'll keep dodging us. What a mockery.......
