Terrible and Cold treatment from owner

The information on Bookings.com was falsely advertised. We were treated horribly by the owner, Simba Gondo, and at no point did he apologize for the incorrect information and mishap between him and bookings.com. He did not understand the severity and inconvenience of falsely advertised information and did not take accountability for the mishap. When we raised our query, the owner asked us to leave at 23:30pm in a city that we do not know. We had to plead with the night staff to check us in out of desperation of a place to stay and had to pay an additional R1300 on the spot which we had not budgeted for. The owner was rude and cold towards us and did not take accountability for the false advertising of his property. In addition to the above, there was no hot water in our rooms.
