Extremely poor experience

The owner is extremely rude & arrogant, not very welcoming, extremely unprofessional. I arrived on Friday the 05 October 2018, only to find out that I was not allowed to occupy the lounge but only to stay within my room. I was not allowed to have family visit me & also the toilet was extremely unhygienic with filth stuck to the pan. A total 0/10 review. This spoilt my whole stay in Durban & Sherleigh Amos ***ner) refused to refund my money even though I never occupied her guest house & had to go down the road & re-book costing me additional expenses. The owner cuts the calls each time I phone & she gave me a miserable experience. I would never recommend Villa Shells Durban to anyone out there.
