<p>Villa Rooms (www.villarooms.co.za) is a small company of agents that helps tenant find places to stay, My Name is Vusi Mthethwa and i outsourced this company to find a place to stay, so what happened was that i call the guy by the name of ****son who had a place ready for me and the room costed around R2300 a month plus a R1000 deposit plus R700 urgent fee so in total i paid R4000 in one day for a room to stay,</p> <p>In November 2016 the company decided to move me to the head office which is situated in Johannesburg central and at the time i was staying in Midrand Ebony Park since i was working in Midrand CBD. during mid Feb i told the cateker i need to move to another place because they moved me to a far destination and i was still looking for a place to stay at the time, i found the place end of Feb so on the first week of March i told the LAndlord i want to move in during the month, she said i can move out but i wint get my money back because i did not make a notice of eviction, so i decied to stay just up until month end, i told ****son i have found a new place and he must collect my deposit end of March coz i have made a notice already, End of March ****son has never communicated with the landlord and when i called the landlord she shouts at me and tells me ill have to wait till she finds someone to fill my room, when i told the agent about it he said he will speak to the landlord, i waited agian till the end of April and she stil doesnt want to pay back my deposit.</p> <p>i gave her 60 days notice instead of 30 and she still says i must give her till the 7 of May 2017, the agent is suppose to collect my deposit as my agent but he is quite and not saying anything, im frustrated now and dont know who to turn out to for assistantance... the Land lords number is ********** 064 Mrs Ledwaba and the urgent ****son you can find on their website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>Best regards</p> <p>Vusi Mthethwa </p>
