Non delivery and bad customer service

I placed an order in September and to date I have not received my order or refund as promised . I spoke to Ray *** and he promised to sort this out last month . He then requested the proof of payment . I send it to him via whatsap and he acknowledged receipt . To date I have not received a refund nor even a courtesy call to give me an update . I will never use their services again and will like to advise other people not to buy from them . They have bad customer service
