Worst service and attitude

Would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. I have been trying to get my money back since March. I cancelled my booking before the lockdown and 30+ days in advance. Was told I will get a refund and nothing. They don’t respond to emails and if you ever manage to get hold of them, they're just plain rude.
