Unfair

I booked accommodation for holiday with my family in April.due to COVID-19 we to move the dates to 2 October. We arrived on the second of October expecting to find one family room since I was traveling with an infant. The was no family room. On the day that we were supposed to check out, I was to that they found the saint's on my pillow and blanket that I need to pay extra charger. The results of the charge are that I feed my baby in the room do I left saints on their things so I must pay. They give me rules and regulations of the hotel that food is not allowed in rooms. I was not supposed to feed my baby in the room.
