The worst experience ever

On arrival, there were no staff to check us in. After a little while, someone arrived to assist. We were checked into the wrong room. Once we got to our actual room, there was water dripping on bed from the ceiling. So the bed was wet, Allred the emergency number but no one picked up. Went then went back to reception and it was locked. So we forced to sleep on a wet bed. Oh and the restaurant was closed so had to eat out! No one informed us it would be closed even after asking them in the phone (to which they said it would be open)
