Health and Safety Hazard.. No changes of towels and bedding.

Pamensky Mobile Spa your treatments are nothing but a simple rub, or should I say punching session. It almost feels like your the****** are one's those ladies from the shopping center looking for a days job as they knew nothing about massaging or key massage points. We felt more pain, then anything else. I was about to create a scene and tell your unorganized host/manager about our experience but decided to step down as their many other clients sitting in the reception area waiting for treatments.

There was no welcome, your welcome juice was almost going off. Your staff is unfriendly and stuck up. Your venue needs some attention especially your newly built rooms, you should have ensured proper ventilator rooms before opening up your spa for services. The room we given, had worn out equipment, the one massage bed had no facial opening and I struggled to breathe when I faced down, additionally there was no windows open or an aircon circulating the air. I coughed and choked during the treatment and the so called the****** did nothing about it. On the voucher purchased it states a 3 hour duration, when confirming my reservation that morning I was told that the treatments were 90 minutes. Unfortunately, our treatments were only 60 minutes which was a terrible experience and resulted in a painful body experience.

Sadly this is what gets to me the worst, you advertise that you adhered to all covid-19 protocols. That's false and inappropriate as we were witness to your towels and bedding not being changed or cleaned for the next appointments, the same towels and bedding is being used for all clients for the duration of the day. This needs to be reported, not only for covid regulations but for health and safety purposes as well.

No matter how much a person pays for a service they expect a decent and safe service to be rendered. On Saturday you experience electrical difficulties, you should have asked clients to postpone and re-book but this was a high risk experience and not value for money. Your food served was not a lunch meal but a tasteless snack, we all had to crowd in one dinning area due to the rain, once again if you could not accommodate people as per the covid-19 regulations of social distancing you should have requested clients to postpone and re-book.
