ELMA the manager laughed at my complaint.

Villa Paradisso ,this place has spoiled my daughter's birthday,the experience here is the worst I have came across,rates charged here are not value for money,I had booked at the reception,the mistake I have made was to pay before viewing the rooms,air con not in good condition,shower dripping littlewater,toilet not flushing properly,old fashioned tv,not fridge,not shower caps,but charged R 1300 that I could get a a room in very good condition at the traditional hotel,little did I know......to cut the story short,the reception lady gave me the phone to talk to a lady,who is the manager,by the name of Elma,instead of emphasizing with me with regards to my complain,she laughed at the me,when I ask why is she laughing,she told she's laughing because I'm the first customer who has complained about the state of their rooms and there's nothing she can do,if I need a refund she can only do it on Monday.....I still can't believe she laughed at me like I was a fool.....I must say this was the worst experience of my life.
