booked a weekend away at Villa Paradiso via booking.com when got to the place we were charged full price and I was promised that my deposit will reflect the Saturday morning that was the24 of July and then on Monday morning I did a follow up i was told moly refund was not processed as yet it was processed on Monday around 14:00 now when I do a follow up I am being told rudely by A guy by the name of Janie that I must directly contact booking. Com however on the weekend while I was there they said they will do it on their side now it's has changed and today it is the 18th of August I still haven't received my refund ofR1758 and Villa Paradiso has provided me a number that doesn't go through
