Bad Service

Villa Paradiso in Haartbees in the North West Brits area ,The management of that place needs to make their mind if its a hotel or self catering. 1. they cat like a hotel but there is no phones in the rooms to call reception. 2. there is no bar fridge in the rooms even the 5 star hotels have bar fridges 3. they only give 1 soap,shower gel in the rooms no matter how many days you have booked(they should replace this daily) 4.they dont replenish toilet paper and we were there for 2 nights. 5.tv does not work 6.they dont replace globes on the passages you walk in the dark at night. 7.They new this weekend was gonna be busy but swimming pool was very dirty including the chill area around the pool. 8.Their breakfast is fish fingers ,2 eggs and bacon they call that english breakfast. Their service is bad and I dont reccomend it to anyone.
