Horrible owner

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel which is privately owned. I was not happy with the establishment and complained to the owners on several occasions. This establishment is in Seapoint Cape Town where I was thrown out on to the street by Jasmin the owners wife accompanied with a private security guard. I pleaded with the owner to refund my money for the remainder of my stay so I could leave the establishment but to no avail. I feel completely violated.
