We used Villa Nova Properties to build a number of new homes for us in the Parklands and Parklands North areas and I can honestly say that we did not have a single days hassle and their service was really, really brilliant.

We were given options which was refreshing, timelines were kept in every aspect and we were only called upon to add our perspective when Villa Nova weren’t sure if we would like a certain aspects of the design.

They were always reliable and rep**** to mails timeously and were eager to solve any issues, their communication and availability was excellent.

Their quality of workmanship was excellent and the site was neat & clean which made coming to see the progress on the building site an enjoyable experience.

Snags were mostly dealt with prior to the hand over , a snag list was done by the team with me which made our snag list very short.

Villa Nova Properties were friendly and very easy to do business with and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
