Totally Satisfied

Villa Nova Properties built my new home in Parklands North, Security Enclave and I would like to share my experience in this review.

I am totally satisfied with the property and the manner in which negotiations as well as the building process was handled. The service was excellent and all my queries, regardless of whether they were conducted by telephone or via e-mai,l were responded to without delay which resulted in all deadlines being on time, all the time, it was a seamless process with literally no hiccups. Any additional requests were accommodated and were hassle-free. I really cannot recall a single occasion when a meeting or deadline was not met. The few snags, which were minor have mostly been attended to with the remaining couple of snags to be sorted out by the end of the 3 month period.

On the whole I and more than satisfied with the quality of the building as well as the finishes that I was offered.

Villa Nova Properties were most accommodating in sourcing any extras or changes. I can recommend Villa Nova Properties to anyone looking to build their new home, and I will most definitely use them again should I build again. My rating is a four star, just because no one is perfect.
