I was recommended to use Villa Nova Properties to build some rental homes in the Parklands North area of Cape Town by a reputable estate agent working in the area. Being based overseas, and not being able to be there to oversee the project was not a problem at all, Villa Nova Properties took the projects on and delivered a fantastic quality product, exactly as I had instructed them, and it was on time, actually early. Nigel the owner, was accommodating, helpful, and communicated very well considering the distance issues. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with Villa Nova Properties and I will most certainly consider them for my next investment projects.
