Our Dream Home

How can we start by describing our gratitude towards Villa Nova, Nigel and his team.

They built our dream home in Parklands North and greatly assisted us making sure that the home met all of our needs, despite some hiccups with the bond approval and plan approval processes.

Initially, we were naturally anxious as we were located in Pretoria throughout the building process and were not able to be in Cape Town to oversee the process, however Villa Nova quickly demonstrated that we were in good hands and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Nigel. His insight, knowledge and advice was immeasurable and greatly appreciated. He is a perfectionist, which resulted in our home being immaculate & done to perfection. His attention to detail is something to admire. Snags were minimal and were dealt with immediately.
