We went for the plot and plan option in the Parklands North area, which was very new to us. Nigel and his team continuously kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. He explained how things would work, timelines and where and when our input would be required.

He allowed us to personalise the look and feel of our house and presented us with multiple options without compromising on the quality. He and his team have a high standard of workmanship. They were also very friendly and approachable and entertained all our questions and visits to the site. Nigel also assisted in changes to the design even quite late into the process.

When the house was complete, they attended to the minor snags and did it promptly. They continue to assist us even after completion.
