Paying for services i dont get

I booked at the union hotel durban and we areived today at 17:20 and when we got to the room there were no towels and they said we must wait they will bring towels and we waited from that time till 20:20 and when I got in to the shower worms popped out and i reported insident they gave me a room that smelled like mould and i wanted out of the hotel they dont want to gv me my money backthey saying i stayed to long in the room and it was their fault cause they gave me towels late if it was early i would hv realised they were worms and report that earlier. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
