Never Book- bad service

It was a wedding :<br> We had bad service:<br> Agent sent a coordinator with the incorrect briefing<br> The owners of the venue are just genuine ******* and ***** as well, we were told to pay EUR120 per head which is the full amount upfront, we had to book a minimum of 5 rooms which had the bear minimal:<br> No 24 hour service<br> No extra pillows<br> Airconditioner out of order <br> And no assistance to accommodate us to another room<br> No irons<br> No kettle<br> And , and I can go on with the list<br> Wedding food:<br> Not catered as per contract<br> Cheap pasta was used and under cooked and not AL DENTE<br> All the guests returned their first course which was the pasta<br> No tea, coffee and not to mention - and no espresso, being married in Italy <br> We were told on told contract , all wines , soft drinks and beers were going to be free - <br> Result: no beers available - told us after 5 x times 2 liter cokes were served that we were not allowed anymore <br> The red wine that was free, was never the same brand <br> There was a price to every favor or change to their mistake / errors requested for<br> Shortage of parking at the venue<br> And the so called Veal that was supposedly served - to our surprised tasted like Turkey<br> Great view but DONT USE THIS VEN
