Terrible service - Villa Jullienne Mbombela

We made a booking for a group of 8 persons (2 families) for the weekend of the 27th and 28th September at Villa Jullienne, Nelspruit/Mbombela. The reason for our visit was to attend the Springbok Rugby and also celebrate a birthday. As we knew accommodation would book out fast in the area, we booked well in advance. The booking was made with Villa Jullienne and paid for. The photos on the website looked very nice and the reviews were good. We confirmed our booking no less than 3 times and was assured that all was in order, only to be phoned the day before we were supposed to arrive to inform us that there was a double booking and that our paid and confirmed accommodation was given to someone else. We were promised a refund for the amount paid and our banking details were requested, but to date no update or refund.
